It is my pleasure to welcome you to our school. I graduated from Kent State University in 2009 with an Applied Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I love knowing that everything we do at the Early Childhood Education level will set the foundation for all future learning for our students. The best part of being on the Young Explorers' Team is that it is more than a job; working with children is more than just education. It is about helping them grow socially, building self-confidence to take on new challenges and becoming responsible moral people. Our child care programs are either full or part time, so we can fit your schedule perfectly. What a great purpose for me to give my heart and time to achieve!
Hi, my name is Whitney. I have a preschool daughter Aubrey and toddler son Bentley. With my husband, we love to spend time together as a family going to the zoo, taking our two dogs for walks, and traveling to see family. I graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in Sociology, where I also played Division 1 tennis. I have been a part of Young Explorers for over seven years. I received my International Montessori Teaching Diploma in 2013. I love being able to watch the children learn and grow. The relationships we build with the children and families here is my favorite part of Young Explorers.
